Official Sweeps Rules

These Official Sweeps Rules ("Rules") govern the Sweeps Coins promotional sweepstakes offered through Luxi Prize by Nyric Games Inc. ("Sponsor"). These Rules are incorporated into the Terms of Service. By participating you agree to these Rules and the Terms of Service.

1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. Purchasing Gold Coins is never required to obtain Sweeps Coins or to win prizes.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Open to natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry.

2.2 Open only to legal residents physically located in eligible jurisdictions. Not open in the Restricted Territories: California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Washington.

2.3 Employees, contractors, and immediate household members of the Sponsor and its agencies are not eligible.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes runs in recurring promotional periods as described in the Services. Each promotional sweepstakes period runs monthly unless a different period is stated in the Services.

4. The Two Coins

• Gold Coins (GC): for social play only. No monetary value, not redeemable.
• Sweeps Coins (SC): sweepstakes entries. SC are never sold. SC may be obtained only by: (a) a free bonus included with a Gold Coin purchase; (b) an account registration bonus; (c) a daily login bonus; (d) a daily mission; (e) the referral program — you may receive SC for referring up to ten (10) new users who complete customer verification; no purchase by the referred user is required; (f) completing identity verification (KYC) on your profile; (g) providing a verified email address and phone number in your profile; and (h) the free Alternative Method of Entry (Section 6).

5. How to Play with Sweeps Coins

Use SC in eligible Promotional Play games for a chance to accumulate redeemable SC. Winning SC are subject to the playthrough and redemption conditions in Section 7.

6. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To request free SC without a purchase, sign in to your account, open Get Mail-in Code in the My Account section, and generate a request code. Then mail the card described below to:

6.1 The card. Use a standard postcard or a piece of white paper measuring 4" × 6", unlined and unfolded. Hand-write on it, legibly:

• your full name exactly as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• the email address associated with your Luxi Prize account;
• the residential address registered to your Luxi Prize account;
• a brief statement requesting free Sweeps Coins and accepting the Terms of Service and these Rules — for example: "I request free Sweeps Coins and I accept the Luxi Prize Terms of Service and Official Sweeps Rules."; and
• your request code.

6.2 The envelope. Place the card inside a stamped #10 envelope, addressed in legible handwriting, with "Sweepstakes Entries" written on the front. One request per envelope. Mail the request from the same state as the residential address registered to your account.

6.3 Each valid request yields 2 SC.

6.4 Your request code does not expire. There is no limit on how many requests you may submit, and only a brief delay between generating one code and the next.

6.5 Requests must be hand-written; mechanically reproduced requests are void. A request that is incomplete or illegible will not be processed as submitted, but its request code remains valid — you will be notified and may correct and re-mail the card using the same code.

6.6 We aim to credit SC within 7 business days of receiving a valid request, and in any event within 14 business days.

6.7 The AMOE provides an entry opportunity equal in value to SC bundled with a GC purchase.

7. Redemption of Prizes

7.1 Redemption parameters: minimum 5 SC to redeem; 1 SC = US$1 equivalent; 1× playthrough on SC before redemption; maximum US$10,000 per day; one redemption request per day; processing up to 10 business days.

7.2 Redemption requires successful identity, age, and location verification (see Terms of Service §12). Prizes are paid only to a financial account verified in the participant's own name.

7.3 Sponsor may allocate large prizes in increments over multiple days and may apply enhanced review to redemptions above US$500.

8. Winner Verification and Taxes

Winners may be required to complete verification and tax documentation. Participants are responsible for all applicable taxes on prizes.

9. Conditions, Fraud, and Disputes

Sponsor may disqualify any participant who tampers with the Services, uses multiple accounts, automates play, or violates these Rules or the Terms of Service. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the sweepstakes if it cannot run as planned. Disputes are governed by the arbitration and class-action-waiver provisions of the Terms of Service §18 and the law of Delaware.

Any information you provide in connection with entering or participating in this sweepstakes is provided to the Sponsor (Nyric Games Inc.) only, and not to Apple.
